Abstract	The article from the positions of psychology considered legal professional activities of the prosecutor in the criminal proceedings, that has a number of psychological features that are conditioned by and closely associated with the role of the public prosecutor in criminal proceedings. The author is determine the article of public prosecutor’s activity, that appears from structural elements: functions of judicial guidance by pre-trial investigation and maintenance of public prosecution; judicial and organizational legal facilities; gnosiological, communicative, control and others like that components, incentive factors.
